You play the king. You start with one village on a small patch of land, and every turn you move, capture, build and grow. Step through the example to see one kingdom take shape.
17 kinds of building, several with advanced upgrades: Farm, Gold Mine, Iron Mine, Lumber Hut, Fishing Hut, Hunting Lookout, Port, Market, Armory, Castle, Bakery, Forge, Hunter's Cabin, Lumber Mill, Windmill, Jewelry, Fish Farm. Roads make your units move faster.
Around 40 technologies improve your town or your army. Each city you own makes research cost more, so a sprawling empire has to choose what to learn first.
Humans, Elves, Orcs and Undead each bring eight or nine units of their own and their own heroes. Every unit type beats one type and loses to another, so the army you field matters as much as its size.
The king's own people. Knights, longbows and trebuchets, led by King Arthur himself.
Rangers, druids, moonwardens and archers who ride deer into battle.
Strong and fierce. Warg riders, shamans and catapults, and a dragon on their side.
Bone soldiers, death knights and necromancers who raise the fallen to fight again.
Neutral creatures roam the map too: Bear, Harpy, Kraken, Moby-Dick, Arachnos. On water, land units become ships.

A turn-based 4X strategy game on a hex map: explore, expand, exploit and exterminate. You grow a single village into a kingdom, capture villages and enemy cities, build farms, mines and castles, research technologies and fight rival factions.
iPhone and iPad with iOS 15 or later, Android phones and tablets through Google Play, and Windows PCs through Google Play Games.
Each unit can move once per turn. You move and attack with your units, capture villages by standing on them for a turn, spend coins on buildings and new units, pick research, then tap End Turn and your rivals take theirs.
Capture the enemy cities. Neutral villages and enemy cities are taken the same way, by keeping a unit on them for a turn.
Four: Humans, Elves, Orcs and Undead, each with its own eight or nine units and its own heroes. Neutral creatures such as bears, harpies, the Kraken and Moby-Dick roam the map too.
Hexapolis has 14 heroes with their own abilities, including King Arthur, Solmyr Spellbinder, Satoshi Greenblade, Kragor Twinaxe, the dragon Caraxos Firestorm and the vampire Vladimir Bloodshade.
The campaign has 60 worlds with 10 levels each on Normal, and the same 60 worlds again on Hard. Quick Match, Survival and limited-time events come on top.
Hard mode replays the campaign worlds with every enemy in alliance against you. It unlocks as you complete worlds on Normal.
